Cedric was very helping and easy to talk to when communicating what needed to be done, time frames, estimates, and between myself, Toguchi, and my insurance company. He kept me updated with everything that was going on and answered all my questions well. They got the job done a few days earlier than expected as well. Body work was good too.

I needed repairs to the front end of my car. From first contact to picking up my car after the repairs, my experience was exceptional. Davin was kind, friendly, and efficient. First off… Impeccable body work and customer service! The work on my vehicle was perfect. Working with the entire team, Alex and Cedric made it very easy. But I would like to acknowledge Bryce, I just met him, but it felt like speaking to someone I knew for a long time. He took care of my family, was very kind to my son, and was able to take our bad situation and flip it around for us. If you choose to go to M Toguchi, you will be in good hands.

First: M Toguchi Body Shop did a beautiful job at restoring my 2023 Kia Sorento to it's original state...
With that in mind... it did take a while to get my car back... not Toguchi's fault, but with the complicated electronic sensors in the back, and getting the wrong parts from Kia... in the end, I'm very happy with the results and would recommend working with them.
